Melanie manages Strategic and Business Development and Marketing for The Pack and oversees Impact Management and Sustainability

Harry Deluxe
Harry is a local, original musician; capacity development and organizational development professional; events and arts manager and producer; and arts advocacy professional. Harry manages Team Management and Planning for The Pack and coordinates the industry ambassador network, and artist liaison and management.

Mike Fuller
Mike is an experienced improvement, innovation, project and workshop facilitator skilled in Quality Assurance Management, LeanSigma, OPEX, Human Centred Design, Design Thinking, Service Design and Lean Startup. Mike has 20 years experience across 5 different global industries with a focus on co-designing organisational systems that engage and inspire a collaborative approach to improvement. Mike provides project management and innovation facilitation to this project. Mike currently works with Chorus as Member Centered Transformation - Process Redesign Lead.
Deputy Chair / Member Director
Josie Hacking
Josie has extensive experience in the training sector managing, application design and implementation projects as well as business process and compliance. Josie is also a skilled musician and sound engineer. Josie provides business management, systems implementation, music curation and engineering skills to this project.
Secretary / Independent Director
Robert Weymouth
Rob has qualifications in engineering and sustainability. Rob specialises in participatory and deliberative governance and has worked for a decade on sustainability and facilitation in local government. Rob is a Director of Empowering Participation - a consultancy focused on improving government/citizen interaction. All of this has led him to The Pack Music Cooperative and what it embodies as a different and better way of doing things.

Dr. Giles Thomson
Giles is a senior lecturer at the Department of Strategic Sustainable Development at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, with a PhD from Curtin University focused on transitioning to regenerative urbanism. With over 15 years of experience in urban design and city planning, Giles has contributed to significant projects in Australia and the UK, including the London Olympic Legacy masterplan and sustainable urban planning initiatives. Giles' research centers on regenerative urbanism, aiming to integrate systems and scales to drive sustainable transformations in cities.
Independent Director
Martin Fletcher
Martin was admitted to legal practice in 2017. Martin works across the areas of commercial and insolvency law. He is experienced in a broad range of matters and is highly skilled in matters of employment law and workplace relations. Outside of work, Martin takes a keen interest in music, sport and travel.
Member Director
Jed Handmer
Jed is an effective strategist with a 14-year background in diverse enterprise and industry workforce reform / transformation programs. Jed is also a singer-songwriter and band leader. Jed brings strategy, policy and organisational development skills to The Pack. Jed currently works as a Business and Workforce Strategy Lead and Board Director at Qatar Energy in Doha.

Pippa Bainbridge
Pippa is a skilled Creative Producer holding qualifications in Drama Studies and Arts Management from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Pippa has filled Leadership and Creative Producer roles in iconic institutions from La Mama to Next Wave, Express Media and Arts Centre Melbourne. Pippa provides arts industry and strategic management expertise to this project. Pippa currently works with the Art Gallery of Ballarat, and is a skilled vocal and instrumental musician.

Aaron Wilson
Aaron is a skilled logistics specialist and business manager, with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. Aaron is also an ethical technology start-up Founder, with an interest in equitable business systems for customer experience. Aaron is Founder of an emergent ethical ticketing company addressing artist impacting inequities in the tickets sales and resale space.
Indepedent Director
Justin Sideris
Justin Sideris is an experienced website and software developer who enjoys working with social enterprises and SMEs, not-for-profits and individuals to clarify their communications strategies, and implement strategies around web solutions, marketing, and brand development. Justin is also an emerging musician and performer.
